I can help you structure a short sale of your home. A short sale means that the bank agrees to take less money than is owed on your mortgage. A short sale eliminates the foreclosure process and saves your credit!

There is some controversy regarding collecting Black memorabilia. Some people believe these negative images should be taken out of circulation; others think these artifacts tell the story of Black history—of racial perceptions and misperceptions and stereotypes in American culture. Although some may find a collection of this kind disconcerting, the memorabilia should be recognized for its historical and cultural context and serve to remind us of the challenges that still need to be addressed.
The Black Sambo and Black Mammy stereotypes were predominate images throughout the nineteenth and early twentieth century. Many historians regard the minstrel show as creating the image of Black people with “skin the color of coal, ruby lips stretched around an outsized exaggeration of a toothy grin, bulging eyes, flat, wide noses, gaping mouths and big feet”—caricatures which created stereotypes that lasted for decades.

Stuart's Musings
Native American Indian Memorabilia
Native American collectibles and artifacts, unlike Black memorabilia, celebrate the traditions and heritage of our nation’s first natives. The range of tribal antiques and collectibles is vast. Through their artwork, jewelry, pottery, rugs, instruments, and other collectibles, these items tell a story of Native American people, their superstitions, and their beliefs.
Some collectors specialize in the artifacts of the 18th, 19th and early 20th centuries; others prefer representative pieces such as plaques, bookends, and paintings. From the Northeast to the Southwest, Native American collectibles capture the spirit of this proud culture.
