OF SALE |
Once a sale is
confirmed, all merchandise will be held five (5) days awaiting
the customer's payment. If no payment is received within the
time period, then the merchandise will be returned to
inventory. No sale is final until payment is received. All
merchandise presented on our site is also available in our
store and, therefore, subject to prior sale. If you would like
to purchase merchandise but need a further description or
additional information, please call, fax or E-mail us at
sales@showcaseantiques.com.
We ship merchandise anywhere and you will have a three (3) day
return privilege. We are not responsible for typographical
errors or price changes made by dealers. |
| PAYMENT |
If you send a personal or business check, we wait fourteen (14) days for the check to clear before the
item(s) is shipped. If you send a money order or bank check, we will ship either the day we receive the payment or the next day. If we receive the payment on a Saturday or holiday, then it will be shipped on the next day UPS is in service.
We now accept MasterCard and Visa orders from our web site. We do not accept C.O.D. orders. |
| SHIPPING
& INSURANCE |
All merchandise will be shipped UPS ground service insured for the full value. We wrap and pack each item very carefully so it will not be damaged in shipping. |
| RETURNS |
To return merchandise for a refund, please contact us within three (3) days of receipt to indicate your intention to return it. All returns must be authorized by Showcase Antique Center or the return will be refused. The merchandise returned must be the same
item(s) that was sent and in the same condition as it was sent. If the merchandise, when received, is either damaged or altered, the return will not be allowed. All returned merchandise is your responsibility. Therefore, please package the merchandise properly and insure it for full value. You are responsible for paying the delivery and insurance charges for the return shipping. We will issue a refund shortly after we receive the returned merchandise. All shipping and handling charges paid are
nonrefundable. |

TAX |
Shipments within Massachusetts are subject to 5% sales tax unless the person has a valid Massachusetts tax exempt number and completes a resale certificate prior to purchase. |

We will accept checks drawn on a US bank in dollars; however, we will wait fourteen (14) days for the check to clear before the
item(s) is shipped. For funds wired to our account in US dollars, we will ship either the day we receive the payment or the next day. If we receive the payment on a Saturday or holiday, then it will be shipped on the next day the US Post Office is in service.

SHIPPING & INSURANCE

All merchandise will be shipped via the US Post Office insured for the full value or the highest value the Post Office offers. The Post Office limits on insurance vary by country. | RETURNS |
The Postal Service takes much longer to deliver to most foreign countries than domestically. Therefore, all sales are final unless other arrangements are made at the time of sale and agreed to on a copy of the invoice. All shipping and handling charges paid are
nonrefundable.
